Dynamic Row Level Security in Power BI with Exclude and Include rules

Hi Team,

Can you please help me how can i create Dynamic Row Level Security in Power BI with Exclude and Include rules based on multiple columns?

Based on the below table I need to create Dynamic RLS.

Emails	SBG	SBU	SBU excludes	SBE excludes	Region	Country	JoB Function exclude
mary.arevalo@honeywell.com	PMT	HPS					HR /HRC/CEO
Matthew.Wald@Honeywell.com	ALL						HR /HRC/CEO
Rebecca.Zborowski@Honeywell.com	ALL		ALT/HR&C	NTES/MSFS			HRC/CEO

Thanks for the replay. In the link you shared he has Included and Exclude based on Country. But I have multiple columns as such.
