    Hi sarhutson rather than creating multiple tables and complex solution you can try with Power BI Paginated report. The best part is it dose not have row limit and user can export any amount of rows in pixel perfect format.

Hi sarhutson 
There are a frew more effective alternatives for exporting to excel than splitting the tables, like
Analyze in excel / paginated reports.
