Dynamic RLS

Hello,

I am setting up Dynamic RLS (email=Userprinicpalname) that should filter an email dropdown filter soley displaying the staff member who is logged in and their associated data. It is correctly applying within the service with one concern. My concern is that it also defaults the page dropdown to show all data without any dropdown selected.  How can I set up my rls to default show only the data asscs. with the specfic user logged in?

That would be a question for your data model.  RLS must be applied to a dimension table at the outer rim of your data model, and it must be able to influence the fact table(s) in the center of the data model.

Also note that RLS is ineffective for users with workspace access above Viewer.
