Dynamic RLS with hierarchy

Hi team,

need help in Dynamic RLS with below data 

below security table with surrogate key.

Level 1 = No filter

Level = 2  (Division Filter)

Level = 3 (Region Filter

Level = 4  (Team Lead Filter)

Level = 5 (RM filter Filter

My security table has direct relationship with Fact table(M2M relation) on top of that i have to create dynamic RLS using DAX.

would some one suggest me best practise with DAX query or RLS functions to write DAX query to achieve hierarchy .

adding few more points in main post, 

we are using SSAS tabular cube to implement RLS which are live power bi reports.
