Dynamic RLS for different 3 different roles

Hi,

I have three employee categories where in the data I have 3 different countries XYZ. Where A category can see X,Y,Z data. B Category should see only Z data and should not see Y and X data. C Category can see only Y data.

Can anyone help me with this.

A table like the one below is what you're going to need:

Employee Email	Category	Country
Person1@email.com	A	X
Person1@email.com	A	Y
Person1@email.com	A	Z
Person2@email.com	A	X
Person2@email.com	A	Y
Person2@email.com	A	Z
Person2@email.com	B	Z
Person2@email.com	B	Z
Person3@email.com	C	Y
Person3@email.com	C	Y

You will need to combine it with a mapping table as the relationship will connect to the country, which isn't distinct. Keep in mind that RLS filtering needs to be turned on specifically for double sided crossfiltered relations. You will find this in the relationship settings for each individual relation.
