Dynamic Filter

Hi All,

I have a strange situation and want to figure out if my ask is possible in Power BI.

I have a card visual with some filters ( Visual Filter )

I also have a Page level filter for Region and when I select some other region other than "all" ( which is already there in the visual filter) the card value changes to 0 which is understood because of the visual filter.

I want to know if there is a possibility that I can make this card dynamic with the Page level filter? and also show it on top of the page with the current visual level filter as well where region = all ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

 Maybe try unselecting everything from the Filters pane- this should have the same effect as "Select All"

 And it should allow the selection to be changed.

 Not sure exactly what you are going for, but you might look at using slicers and Edit Interactions to get the filtering you are after.

what I want is when a user uses the Page filter for region, the visual changes as per the selected region. But the question is i have already selected region = all in the visual filter and page level filter is not working because of that.

Is there any way this can be achieved?
