Dynamic Date Filter based on a Slicer

Hello,

I'm trying to link the date filter with a custom designed slicer, please help me getting desired results..

When we click on the slicer value, the date has to be switched automatically to the year, how can we achieve this?
Please help.

Go to Format Tab and Edit the interactions of your slicers

@mussaenda  , here the Year Selection is a local table, we do not have CY 2017,CY2018 in the dataset..

I've used Switch function to display results for the thse years selected.
