Dynamic Column names based on Dimension

Hey fellow users of Power Bi,

I currently have 2 tables

A dimension table (Table 1)

An Item table (Table2)

In table 2 there is 4 columns named "Dim1" "Dim2" "Dim3" and "Dim4", in Table2 there is a translation for these 4 columns.

Each translation is different pr customer so I want to make these translation in a dynamic way, but I am unsure as of how.

How can I make some dax or something that has a dynamic column name based on the translation in Table1 ?

Further more I have uploaded some static example data (.pbix) so you can play around.

You can download the .pbix file here: http://ge.tt/5u8grLq2

I hope someone can help me out.

Best regards
