Dynamic 365 error while importing

I am facing the issue of connecting Power BI with Dynamic 365 but error "You do not have any environments" is coming and data is not getting imported. Can anybody help?

What accurate data source type are you working on? (e.g. CRM, NAV, Bussines center..) Please share some more detail to help us clarify your scenario.

BTW, I suppose the Dynamic 365 data connector should work to get summarized data from the dynamic 365 portal instead of the detailed sub-products.

HI @Hamdan1234,

What type of Dynamic 365 Business Central are you bored on? Online or one prison? As the snapshot shared, it seems like you are choosing the online connector and it should only work with online versions.
BTW, have you confirmed the test account has enough permission to get data?
