Duplicating rows based on condition and editing duplicated row

Hello, I've got an issue that I do now know how to solve in power BI. My dataset either lacks values (has 0's) in speciffic months or misses that speciffic month alltogether. My goal would be to model it the way I did in excel on the screenshots. I assume duplicating those rows exactly as they are is not too hard, by then it also has to go with half the value for the missing month and half to the one im copying from.

Ideally I need both of those 'cases' solved somehow using dax, but not at the same time (I will know which month will have 0's, and which different month will be missing at all).

You may try TOPN and UNION to add a calculated table.
