Details power query steps when I click into Other Queries [1] R026 Daily by item transaction
Hi @Anonymous
You have two groups of Transform File from R026 Daily by item transaction, why do you need these two groups based on the same folder? Usually we only need one group to transform a sample file.
In steps of Other Queries [1] R026 Daily by item transaction, it seems two functions from the earlier two groups are invoked. I don't know how you have transformed the two sample files but this may be the cause of bringing duplicated data into the combined query. You can click the "Expanded Table Column2" step to check whether duplicated data appear on this step.
Usually we only need one group of transforming sample file and only one custom function is invoked in the combined query. Once new files are added to the same folder, you just need to click "Refresh Preview" to see new data in Power Query Editor, or click "Refresh" in Power BI Desktop to refresh data from the folder.
