Hi everyone, I was wondeirng if I could get some help fixing a scatter plot tooltip.
I'm creating a scatter plot with field "x" on the x-axis and field "y" on the y-axis. When dragging the fields to make the plot, I placed "x" and "y" under Details, otherwise I would only get one point with the x and y values for al the records summed.
However, now when I look at the default tooltip when hovering over these points, I get 3 fields instead of 2. I get 2 copies of the point's x value (one rounded and one unrounded, as seen below).
Ideally, I would like to have just hte rounded x and y values there, since the duplicated value is messing with the aesthetics of the tooltip. Is there any fix or workaround for this that I'm missing?
Hi @christinamarie,
I don't think there is an option to remove the values displayed in tooltips currently. Here is the idea shared on Power BI Ideas. You can vote it up and add your comments there to improve Power BI on this feature. ![]()
