HI there,
I am pulling Zendesk data (manual export) into Access and using PowerBI as a reporting tool.
When I add Assigned Date, by Status and do a count, I am getting repeat dates, i.e.
11/07/2017 : 1
11/07/2017 : 2
11/07/2017 : 1
12/07/2017 : 1
12/07/2017 : 1
12/07/2017 : 1
where in reality all i want to see is:-
11/07/2017 : 4
12/07/2017 : 3
Please help?
Thanks.

Hi @SachinC,
>>When I add Assigned Date, by Status and do a count
You do it in Power Query Edit Navigator or visual? As the @Greg_Deckler said, you should share more details, so that we can post solution which is close to your requirement.
Thanks,
Angelia

In your query, have you specified that column as a Date column? Wondering if maybe it is Text and you have some trailing spaces or something? Could also try trimming the field.
