Helper IIIyes, had emailed the developer about it. They rsponded saying Microsoft does not allow any custom visual to be able to access any area outside their own visual owing to data security.
Thanks for your reponse. This visual was exactly what we were looking for but in dropdown modus, now we can't use it 😞
