Dropdown in Preselected Slicer

Hi all,

I am using Preselected slicer provided by insiders.coop. 

The slicer works fine to provide users with default selection when they open the report. The only issue that is mking it hard to use is it's formatting options. That is when converted it to dropdown and when trying to dropdown on the visual, the items are visible which can fit in the heightof the visual. That devites from the purpose of a dropdown. The dropdown should fall below the visual length and conme over the visul available below.

Any help is highly appreciated. Please tag someone from insider.coop if you can.

Has anyone figoured out a work around for this dropdown issue in the Preselected Slicer?

Is this issue beeing logged with the developer?  If so, any update because this slicer is perfect for what I need only I need the dropdown and at this moment that is not working for me because of the issue desribed above

yes, had emailed the developer about it. They rsponded saying Microsoft does not allow any custom visual to be able to access any area outside their own visual owing to data security.

Thanks for your reponse.  This visual was exactly what we were looking for but in dropdown modus, now we can't use it 😞
