Drillthrough a report

Hi,

I've been trying to link pages of a report for a while and love the new drillthrough feature, howver what I am trying to do is more something like this: https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiNTY0ZTNhN2YtODg2ZS00OTIyLWI2MjItZTJiY2E5M2MxNTBmIiwidCI6IjUwZjYwNzFmLWJiZmUtNDAxYS04ODAzLTY3Mzc0OGU2MjllMiIsImMiOjh9

Does anybody know how they might have achieved that?
