Draw a polygon shape inside the Map Visuals.

Hi all,

   I need an small help regarding the diaplay the polygon inside any map visual.

Here i have selected one property , based on selected Property i need to show the dynamic polygon  with some distance and in the mean while properties should be highlighted within the polygon. 

So Based on our selceted property it have to show the polygon automatically with some distance.

I have alredy tried in ArGis map Visual,But there we will select max 10 properties only.

So,is there any possible to show like this functionality with help any other Map Visuals?
