Downstream service call to url 'https://api.powerbi.com/metadata/cluster' failed with status code 40

Hi,
I am getting this error while connecting to Dataflow and dataflow created using SQL Server. I have all the required license and permissions. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi @Kundan_R ,

The error message seems to be related to license issue. However, you already mentioned that you have along with appropriate access. If you already have not, you could try giving explicit access to your user email and also hitting a REST API call: GET https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/{workspaceId}/dataflows . Make sure to replace the workspace id to your appropriate workspace and it should list the dataflows in the workspace that you have access to. Check if it includes the dataflow of your interest.

If you have exhausted these checks and still everything access related look fine, then please raise a support ticket to Microsoft: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/support/create-support-ticket

Hope it helps!
