Downloading .pbix from web missing Data and Relationship View tab
lockmc What you are seeing is most likely a result of the connection being a "Live Connection" to a SSAS instance... This is the only time both the data and relationship tab will be missing on the left hand nav. I've just tested this out and imported data shows all 3 after I've downloaded the PBIX, and as expected the live connection to my SSAS instance only showed the report tab when I downloaded that one.
Anonymous in this case, how do I know the data source for the project or tables?
I know it's kind of a dumb question, but I don't have much experience with power bi.

Anonymous Unfortunetely, you don't. The author of the model would need to add source information. I've done that before, add a table to the model that was nothing other than an informative record of where the tables come from. Also, since this initial post, there is added functionality now that allows you to add measures into the report you are making on top of the live connection.
