Double Counting Help - Debug Query

HI Team

Can you please help me debug based on steps below?

as you can see Power query mysterioulsy creates another duplicate table "April 2021" , although i have just ONE excel file by that name in SOURCE FOLDER

This has been happening since i did March updates to Power BI

FYI

Please note this file is periodically refreshed/replaced in April.

Sometimes a few numbers/values are edited and replaced and file is resaved. Example a 22 might be replaced with 2  (so there is no change in schema or rows or columns)

The April workbook probably contains multiple tables. Try expanding the Name column too and you should see the names of both tables.

Table.ExpandTableColumn(#"Added Custom", "Custom", {"Name", "Data"}, {"Name", "Data"})

No there no additional tables

All files have same schema

I just tested,

if I just open any of files below and simply save again,

power query creates another table

I was thinking temp files, but I cant see any  except the hidden desktop "file"

Can you show what the result looks like if you expand all of the columns of your custom column (Name, Data, Item, Kind, Hidden) in the query editor?
