Hello everyone,
I am interested in learning more about how Microsoft Fabric supports edge analytics and decision-making at the edge of the network. I have read about the comprehensive data analytics solution that Fabric provides, but I am specifically interested in understanding how it enables real-time analysis and decision-making at the edge. Can anyone provide insights or resources on this topic? I would appreciate any information or experiences you can share.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi @charlesdevis ,
Azure IoT Edge helps bring the analytical power of the cloud closer to your devices, enabling real-time analysis and decision-making at the edge. It allows you to deploy, run, and monitor containerized Linux workloads on IoT devices. By running analytics at the edge, you can respond quickly to emergencies, reduce bandwidth costs, and avoid transferring large amounts of raw data.
Azure IoT Edge supports running complex event processing, machine learning, image recognition, and other high-value AI without writing it in-house. Azure services like Azure Stream Analytics and Azure Machine Learning can be run on-premises via Azure IoT Edge.
In summary, Microsoft Fabric supports edge analytics and decision-making at the edge of the network by leveraging Azure IoT Edge, which enables real-time analysis and decision-making on IoT devices.
Best Regards,
Neeko Tang
