Divide 2 columns in 2 tables and group the result in legend histogram

Hello,

 

I have 2 columns A (Table 1) and B (Table 2). These 2 tables don't have the direct relation. 

I would like to divide A/B and group the results of this division to have the following histogram :

Could you please advise?
