DistinicCountNoBlank Function (Need help excluding a value from the count)

Can I add something to a DistinicCountNoBlank measure to have it not count the word "Unique" ?

# SJD Products = DISTINCTCOUNTNOBLANK('ALL POS'[SJD #])

# SJD Products = calculate(DISTINCTCOUNTNOBLANK('ALL POS'[SJD #]), filter('ALL POS','ALL POS'[SJD #] <> "Unique"))
