    Please check this measure.

    Measure =
VAR ids =
    CALCULATETABLE (
        VALUES ( products[Client Id] ),
        FILTER (
            ALLSELECTED ( products ),
            products[Product Type] = SELECTEDVALUE ( products[Product Type] )
        )
    )
RETURN
    CALCULATE (
        DISTINCTCOUNT ( Clients[Country] ),
