Distinct Count coming wrong- All Month Selection

Hello - I have table which provide information on who all have been awarded every month.

Based on ID (which is alpha -numeric) via BI option as "Distinct (count) - under Values) - i get the correct value for each month.

But i select all months - the total is coming incorrect. Pls suggest how to correct the same

Month Year	ID	Amt
Dec-20	1A	0
Dec-20	1A	100
Dec-20	2A	2000
Dec-20	3A	100
Nov -21	1A	1400
Nov -21	2A
Dec-21	3A	500
Dec-21	4A	400

@Anonymous write a measure:

Distinct Count with Total = 
SUMX (
   SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Month], "@Count", DISTINCTCOUNT ( Table[Id] ) ),
   [@Count]
)
