Good afternoon,
I've tried a couple of iterations of DAX to secure a distinct count of a repeating ID; however, I end up falling short, so I'm hoping some of my fellow Power BI users can help me out 🙂
The list of information is submissions to job orders and each submission is a row within the table; therefore, the job order ID appears multiple times; however, I am only wanting to count the job order ID once instead of counting every occurrence of the job order ID.
What this achieves is a reference point for how many open jobs have been opened within a specified time frame.
I appreciate your time in advance, I love this community!
Did you try distinctcount?

Kudos are good too.
Good evening,
Yes, I have attempted DISTINCTCOUNT DAX; however, it did not provide the desired result.
I can provide some sample data & better context in the morning.
