Hi all, needing some help with a sales dashboard of sorts. I've done some searching through the topics already raised, but can't see anything directly related to my issue.
I have two SharePoint lists, one with sales data and the other with sales target goals. Both lists have the regions identified and there is a relationship between the tables in PBI linking the region identifiers.
I already have an existing dashboard that shows sales by region, and am able to filter by individual region to show only the sales data for that region (including WTD, MTD, YTD figures).
What I would like to do is also show the sales goal figure on a visualisation from the figures input into the secondary List. At the moment I can add in the visualisation, but I am forced to summarise the sales goal column and it will not change based on the region that I select (eg: if I select to 'Sum' the sales goal figures, selecting an individual region does not filter down to only the sum of that region in the visual - it still contains the total sum of all sales goal figures).
If I add in a separate visual with just the region and sales goal listed, this works and then selecting the region in this visual will update the sales goal figure on my other visual correctly (just using Min or Max). I assume this is a relationship issue, however I'm not quite sure how to troubleshoot.
Thank you.
Edit: Included some generalised data screenshots for reference

Sorry I managed to resolve this myself, and forgot to reply here.
The issue ended up being that that relationship between the two tables was only unidirectional - I needed to set it as bidirectional to have the relationship reflect the visual updates that I wanted.
Hi @aglascf ,
What are the sales goals? Column or measure?
In addition, I'm a little confused about your desired output. Which visual do you want to create?
If it is convenient, could you share the data sample and your desired output so that we could help further on it?
Best Regards,
Cherry

Idealy a current and desired state, so its 100% clear what you want to see
Yep sorry, updated the original post with some screenshots.
