I am using a dynamic direct query that use binded parameter on the column labelId as input.
I want to display both the column labelId and the column labelName in a slicer when using labelId as parameter in direct query, but I get an error message that "Hierachy slicers are not supported for dynamic query parameters" if I select two table columns in a slicer.
If I combine labelId and labelName in a new column and then select this new column in the slicer, the direct query does not work when I use the binded parameter to labelId in a dynamic direct query.
How can this be solved?

You probably need to change your data source so you can bind through the combined field (composite key).
