Displaying Tooltip - Custom Requirement

Hi All,

We have a requirement in our project as below.

We have a measure for a period, I mean

If we take one year, measure value for Q1 will be displayed in Q2,Q2 value will be displayed in Q3 and Q3 value will be displayed in Q4.

We have to tell the user that the value displayed in Q2 is value Q1 Value, Q3 value is Q2 value, Q4 value is Q3, no value for Q4. We thought displaying it using tooltip.

We have created a measure for the tooltip. Now the problem is-  when we move mouse over measure it is displaying that it is displaying correct(Q1 for Q2), but when we move mouse to next bar for Q2 in that case also it is also displaying Q1, which is incorrect. To correct, we need to display tooltip just only on one measure bar. Tooltip should not be displayed for other bars.

We have other two measures as well, they will displayed as usual, I mean Q1 value for Q1 and Q2 value for Q2 and so on.
