Display the values of last 3 weeks based on selected value

Hello,

I have a table with 2 columns, week and sales. I want to display the sales of the last 4 weeks based on the week that the user chose. Is that Possible?

Something like

User select week 30

Week 30	120,000
Week 29	118,000
Week 28	124,000
Week 27	130,000
