Display specific time period on the line chart even after clearing all slicer selections

Hello Everyone,

I am very new to Power Bi and DAX.

I want to know or my goal is if user clears all slicers or opens the dashboard, untill any specific selections are made, the line chart should plot  most recent product ran for past 3 days based specific shape, grade and size based on latest date.

My data set contains Date&Time,Department,Mill Lot, Heat Number, Grade,Shape,Size, Yield,Tensile,Elongation

Based on Department i have 2 value tables (Mechanical Data-1 and Mechanical Data2).

If you notice on the dashboard, i have Slicer Mechanical Properties on dashboard that basically plots either yield, tensile and elongation value field based on user selection of grade, shape and size lookup slicer from main table. 

I am trying multiple approaches, another approach is when all slicers are cleared the date slicer which has recent product field is always on, so that the chart refers to that field, but i am having no luck with that code either. 

So any help/advice would be greatly appricited.

To clear all slicer , you use clear all slicer button

Or create a parameter page to force user selection
