I have a table and i want to display the count for the passengers by :
selected date and
1. By Traffic = ALL give me 10000
2. By Traffic = INS give me 8000
3. By Traffic = OUT give me 2000
| Traffic | Passenger |
| All | 10000 |
| INS | 8000 |
| OUT | 2000 |

Try below calculated measures:
ALL Traffic Count = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table[Passenger]), Table[Traffic] = "All")
INS Traffic Count = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table[Passenger]), Table[Traffic] = "INS")
OUT Traffic Count = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table[Passenger]), Table[Traffic] = "OUT")

I changed them to :
ALL Traffic Count = CALCULATE(SUM(Table[Passenger]), Table[Traffic] = "All")
INS Traffic Count = CALCULATE(SUM(Table[Passenger]), Table[Traffic] = "INS")
OUT Traffic Count = CALCULATE(SUM(Table[Passenger]), Table[Traffic] = "OUT")
