Hello PBI Experts,

In my matrix visual, I have included the KPI status in red:

Is it possible to display the records comprising these red status in a table considering the filters applied?

You could achieve this through Page Navigation  and Button.

Click the button then it will take it to “List of Products” page and it will show the same numbers.

Simply create a table with all your records and then put a filter on this visual to only keep records where %Response Status = red.

Thanks for the reply. What I want to achieve is when I click on the Red circle inside a cell, then I will be redirected to another report showing all the records in a table visual. If possible, can it be also shown in a popup window.

Hi @JorgeAbiad 

The functionnality you need is drillthrough. Plenty of video explain how to do it (on Youtube), such as this one : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdBeJ8j98ME. You need to create a tab with the records table details you want and "activate" the drillthrough between the two visuals.
