Display multi-select lookup items from a SharePoint List in a report?

If I understood you correctly you need to split the data into rows, to get a row for every selected item.

I'm not very familiar with Sharepoint lists, but if there's a way to import the hyperlink to the table you're pulling from, you can also display it as a hyperlink in the visuals and give the users option to drill to it.

Yes there's hyperlinks being drawn through into the Power Query but they're very long and hidden amongst different text and numbers. I might have to discuss with my client.
