Dear all,
We use the map visualisation to display locations of our data on the map. However some of our data is not shown on the map, because there are e.g. spelling errors in the name of the city. The problem is that these cities are simply not shown on the map and we do not receive an error. How can we display the list of cities that the bing service did not find?
(Our list of locations is too large to try out each item individually.)
Any help is highly appreciated!

The ArcGIS Map visual at least reports the number of locations that couldn't be plotted, but even then it stopped short of providing any further details.
One workaround is to geocode the locations and store the coordinates in latitude and longitude columns, and use blanks to indicate invalid location names.
