Display data inside Count table

Hi All,

I have a table showing the count(PREM_ID) of unique values against my Value (REVIEW_FLAG). I want to be able to click "Export Data" or "Show Table" and see the exact Unique ID (PREM_ID) instead of seeing just the count.

Hi, @aishak12

May I ask if your problem has been solved? Does the method I mentioned above work?
In addition to the methods mentioned above, you can also add a page tooltip to view the details of each project.

like this:

refer:

Edit:

Or you can display the data in matrix visual. Drag and drop the ID into the row fields, then you can expand the flag field to see the exact ID and see the count of ID at the same time. And you can export data to see the exact Unique ID instead of seeing just the count.

Hope this helps.

Hi, @aishak12

Don't summarize the fields in the Format pane.

Or turn on"allow user export undelying data from the service" then publish to the service and export data, so you can get the undelying data. Settings: In File>Options and settings>Options>CURRENT FILE>Report settings> Allow users to export summarized and undelying data from the service.

Or pulish to service and Export > Analyze in Excel, another method to get the undelying data and you can pivot data as you want.
