Kindly help. I want to display the queue names having no blank job ids. What DAX should I use.

If I understood you correctly, you can just filter your slicer by not blanks IDs, without Dax.
Just put the id column on the filter pane

You can add a filter on the page to check if the job id not equal to blank ,then the slicer should only display the names that not has blank job id.
