According to my understanding, you want to display all selected/filtered value,right?
Method1:
You could create a text box and use Q&A to display simply:
Method2:
Use CONCATENATEX() function together with ISFILTERED() to create measureslike this:
filter country = "Country: " & IF ( ISFILTERED ( 'Table'[Country] ), CONCATENATEX ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Table'[Country] ), 'Table'[Country], "," ), "All" )filter city = "City: " & IF ( ISFILTERED ( 'Table'[City] ), CONCATENATEX ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Table'[City] ), 'Table'[City], "," ), "All" )Then use Multi-row Card visual ,the final output is shown below:
