Hi Guys,

I have a list of two columns.

SKUCategory
FruitApple
FruitPineapple
FruitStrawberry
Vegetable

Carrot

VegetableBrinjal
VegetableCauliflower

I'm trying this:

- User Filters the SKU

- The sheet detects the parent category and lists out all the SKUs in that category

Example, if a user selects Apple, the sheet should list out:

ItemKPI 1KPI 2
StrawberryValueValue
PineappleValueValue
AppleValueValue

Looking for some guidance.

Thanks in advance!

Piyush

Hi @PiyushBQ

According to your requirement, I suggest you add a measure to determine whether your selected category belongs to Fruit or Vegetable, and then use this measure to filter the table visual:

measure =

VAR CA = VALUES(slicer[Category])

VAR SKU = CALCULATETABLE( VALUES('Table'[SKU]), FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Category] in CA))

RETURN

IF(MAX('Table'[SKU]) in SKU,1,0)

Hi,

Your explanation is completely out of sync.  First you mention that the user selects a SKU and then you say "Example, if a user selects Apple"!!!!!!!
