Disable export to excel/pdf/power point

Hi,

In power bi, is there an option to turn off the ability for report users to export power bi reports to excel/powerpoint? Need to protect sensitive data from leaking outside of Power BI

There is two ways to achieve that, in the admin portal

In power bi service, From three dots on right top, Go to -> Setting-> Admin portal -> tenant setting  -> there you can control the export settings

Hi @mp390988,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

At the report level, you can restrict exports by assigning users the Viewer role in Manage Permissions instead of Member or Admin, as only higher roles have the ability to export data.
