Disable drill though option by right clicking on datapoint or tooltip

According to my requirement other than Hr department, all the other managers should not have access to drill through page. So i have created a action button for it and it's working fine. But i can able to see the drill through option by right clicking on datapoint or tooltip, with is leading access to every one for drill through page, it will be a data breach. So, I want to disable drill though option by right clicking on datapoint or tooltip. 
Can you please help with the issue?

As danextian said, Power BI currently does not offer a direct way to disable the drill-through option from the right-click context menu or tooltips based on user roles.

Consider using RLS. Implement RLS to limit the data that users can see. While this will not disable the drill down option, it will ensure that users only see the data they are allowed to see.

Hiding a page (and accessing it  using drillthrough) is not even the proper way to protect data. Each page has its own  URL so anyone who has the direct URL to that page can access it. Look into using Row Level Security to filter the rows a user can see.

RLS doesnt prevent a user from accessing  a page via drillthrough or what-not but rather restricts the rows a user is allowed to see. There is no currently option to dynamically hide or show drillthrough based on the logged user.
