Disable Sign In and publish function

Hi All,

 

We're using the Power BI Desktop version. We don't want users to share the things to internet or Sign in. How can we block those functions ? Including the sign in , publish option and the "Sign in / Try now" when start the Power BI Desktop program.

Current I haven't found any options to disable features which you mentioned.
