Disable Auto Relationships Globally

Hello,

Currently there does not appear to be a feature for disabling the Auto-Detect feature for relationships in PBI Desktop globally on all files. Is there a way to do this that I am not aware of?

Concur, it'd be great to have a global option.

We have a lot of tables with field "Index", adding them automatically links to all others, often we had to delete the relationships manually. Sometimes loading became very slow b/c relationship creation. It is quite annoying.

Hi @Keegan_Patton ,
This is the only way to disable autodetect relationship globally .
File->Options->Current File->Data Load->Relationships
Uncheck  "Autodetect new relationship after data is loaded"

Thanks ,
Pratyasha Samal
