Hi guys, i have connection DirectQuery with a datamart and I wanted to know...  ¿How long it takes to see a piece of information that has just been recorded in the database?

¿It is faster to connect to the database or datamart?

This datamart is a reflection of some database sqls table.....

According to your description, it seems that you want to know that the time to connect  and query in datamart and  data warehourse. I think this will caused by many factors : such as  network, databased engine, cpu and other factors. So If you want to get  this, I suggest you could use  sql server profiler to see the specific time of connection about in datamart and data warehourse

No, my question is not that, my question is directed to the time in which I can visualize the data in real time.
