I have a fact table with 189 million rows. Right now I have the fact table in Direct Query and the visuals' performance is insufficient. I have turned on Automatic Aggregation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/enterprise/aggregations-auto) but this does not solve the issue.
I am considering changing to an aggregated composite model or importing all the data. I am having trouble creating the aggregation for an aggregated fact table, so is importing all the data the best solution?
@Anonymous , Try manual aggregation as per need
