Please follow below steps resolve the issue;

1.Configure Gateway for SQL Server

Go to Power BI Service → Settings → Datasets → find your dataset.

Under Gateway connection, configure an On-premises Data Gateway for the SQL Server connection.

2.Set Credentials for Google Sheets

Still under Settings, look for Data source credentials.

Re-enter your Google Sheets credentials and choose the correct authentication method (usually OAuth2).

3.Ensure Privacy Levels Are Compatible

Mismatched privacy levels across sources (SQL Server & Google Sheets) can cause issues.

You can adjust them under File → Options → Current File → Privacy in Power BI Desktop before publishing.

4.Re-Publish the Report After Configuring Connections

Once all data source bindings and credentials are correctly set, republish your report, and visuals should load successfully for all users.
