Hi,
I am new to Power BI, I am working with a dashboard in Direct Query mode. The refresh rate I am using is 15 minutes but every time it generates the update it do not show in the dashboard and is not showing in the report either. First I used Import mode and it works fine, but here in Direct Query mode is not showing the update for the data. If I refresh the local version I have in the Power BI Desktop it works fine, I publish the updated version and when I refresh the browser it shows everything ok, but when the refresh time comes it shows that it was updated but all the tiles in the dashboard did not update and in the report the same they stay with the old data.
Thank you for your help!
Best regards!

hi, @88jmrt
Because of caching, when data set had been refreshed, Please wait about 10-15 minutes for refresh to be reflected in the visuals or you could refresh it manually.
Best Regards,
Lin
Hi @v-lili6-msft ,
I waited 20 min and refresh my browser many times and the tiles are not refreshing. Verifying I upload another dashboard for testing with a different Query and it refresh the data every 15 min and is working fine. But now if I add a visual for that dashboard it throw an error Visual has exceeded the available resources.
Thank you for your help!
