Hello,
I'm importing sql tables in 'Direct Query' mode
I need to create a calendar table that connects between them
Is it OK to create a calendar table, or it should be imported also in 'Direct Query'?
When I created one and created a relationship, it showed a space in the raltionship line at the beginning and end of it. Does this mean anything like it will not give accurate results?
Thanks
Hi @Mumin192 ,
As far as I know, if you add a calendar table into your data model, your connection mode will change to mixed mode.
If you want to keep direct query connection in your data model, please load a calendar table from SQL Server.

Rico Zhou

@Mumin192 , Better to have at source. but both work, Table in Power BI and Table at source
Direct Query - End to End (Connection to Publish): https://youtu.be/cf-YNWX8Qow
