Difficulty signing in

My desktop application doesn't want to sign in. I had this problem before, it was resolved, but now it is back. Can someone please assist?

what's the error you're currently receiving ?

I'm not receiving an error. I click on Sign in, then fill in my email and once I click Continue, nothing happens.
