Different values for index column while creating dynamic attributes

Hi,

I'm trying to create a dynamic attribute (so I can change the report if I want to see per geo,per type, per currency etc.) and I followed the instructions in the below link (and I saw similar explanations online), however when I create the idnex column and then duplicate and unpivot, the indexes stop representing the original rows, therefore my results are messed up (I changed the cross filter direction from single to both).

 

Any idea why this happens?

      Hi,

      I can't share my data outside my organization. Also I tried it the same excersize on a smaller sample size and it seems to work, but when I go back to my original data the indexes are not acting the same.

      Basically the problem is that after I unpivot the relevant columns the indexes for the original table and for the bridge table are not identical.

      So I get the visual I want but the numbers are not accurate since the index does not refer to the correct row. Any idea why this happens?
